  7. Then, take a heavy bottomed pan, put it in flame and pour some oil in the pan. When the oil is heated, put the potato mixture in oil and fry nicely for 2 Minutes and let it rest for 10 Minutes.
  8. After that make small balls from this potato mixture and put it on the previously made flour balls and roll into round shapes.
  9. Now once again heat some oil in frying pan and fry the paratha.
