- Grind each of them to nice paste adding very little water.When grinding dice add the ready rice and grind.Take out in one big bowl and whisk together with hand.Add 1tsp salt and mix well again.Keep 6-7hrs agin for fermentation now.
- For Chutni: Grind together coconut salt and green chillies in a grinder. Add salt and half tsp sugar for taste.You may add some water while grinding to make a smooth paste.Squeeze half lemon in this and mix.Take out in a bowl and keep aside.
- Now take Idli moulds and grease them.Whisk the fermented batter again and fill the moulds.Put the idlis to steam for 12min in cooker or Idli stand vessel if you have.
- Turn off gas and let it stay for 5mins.Demould all idlis and enjoy with Chutni.
