  7. Drain the water from idli rava and discard. in wet grinder add idli rava,urad dal,meeti seeds and poha
  8. Pour in a pot in a room for fermentation and keep in warm place for 8 hours
  9. The next day use the batter on a greased idli moulds.
  10. Keep the pan or steamer or stove with some water
  11. Pour the batter in the mould.cover the lid and steam the idli.if ur cooking in a cooker don't put the whistle.
  12. Steam for 10 minutes.the idli is ready to be served
  13. Serve the idli with ground nut chutney.
