- Wash & soak urad dal in water for 4-6 hrs. wash the idli Rava & drain out the water.Keep it covered.
- Grind the urad dal into fine paste.Mix the washed idli rava with the dal paste.Keep it covered in a warm place.Let it ferment for overnight.Next day morning add in salt & some water to adjust the consistency.
