- Take rava/suji in a bowl.Add curd to it.Add little water at a time and keep mixing.Cover it and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes take a tadka pan and add oil to it.Add mustard seeds.When mustard seeds start to crackle add urad and chana daal.Stir till daal turns brown.Add this tadka to the suji mixture.Add salt and some water to it and mix nicely.The batter is ready.
- Pour this batter into idli moulds.Steam cook for 10-12 minutes.Yummy idlis are ready.Serve with coriander and curd or any other Chutney of your choice.
