- Now add eno to the idli batter mix well in one direction.

- Pore 2 tbs batter in grease glass put 1 roll of stuffing inside straight than again pore batter on it to cover it properly.
- Prepare both the glass like this. Tham put glass in steamer to steam for 25 minutes for proper cook.
- Now cool them cut in circle shape.
- Now prepare tadka for saute, take a nonstick pan add oil rai green chilli curry leaves sesame seeds after cracked put the circles on tadka.. Saute it for a while.
- Now change the side of each stuff idli… After proper saute… The stuffed glass idli is ready to serve.
- For mayonnaise dip… Mix bot together.
- For green chutney.. Mix all ingredients in mixer grind it make smooth chutney.
- Serve it hot with green chutney and mayonnaise dip.
