Instructions to make Spot idli:
- Take rava and moger soak it in water, 1 hour before the cooking.
- Roast all the spices on tawa for making masala of idla.
- Take 2 cubes butter.
- Add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic paste, green chilli in butter.
- Grind all the roasted spices make powder for idla masala.
- Add this powder in pan with onion and tomato, mix it well.
- Grind rava and moger in mixture to made batter, add curd and water as required.
- First take the tawa, put butter and add roasted masala on tawa, then add batter of the rava, then mix it and cook it from both the sides. Our idla is ready.
- For chutney, first roast few minutes onion and peanuts on tawa.Then grind all the ingredients of chutney in mixing jar chutney is ready.
- Spot idla is ready to serve with chutney.
