  2. For chat-Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan,place idlis on the pan and shallow fry from both sidesfor 30 seconds. Take a big bowl add mini idlis,onions,potato, tomato,cucumber, corn,capsicum, green coriander, roasted peanut,chat masala,salt acc to your taste, red chilli powder, lemon juice, coriander chutney, tamarind chutney.Mix all ingredients very well.
  3. Serve it in serving bowl and garnish with sev and coriander leaves
