- In other hand put the kadhai on flame then add oil then add mustard seed,cumin,hing,curry leaves,chopped garlic, green chilli and saute it for 2 sec then add chopped onion fry it for 3-4 min then add ground nuts,chopped tomatoes then saute it for 1 min.
- Now add roasted semolina and salt mix all of them well then put the boiling water slowly in the kadhai and mix it well again.
- Then add coriander leaves,sugar and mix all of it well then let it cook for 5 min on low flame.
- Off the flem and add lemon.
- Your upma is ready serve accordingly.
