  3. Heat the pan add 1 tsp oil then add chopped,tomato, sabut red chilli, garlic and onion fry until golden brown and soft
  4. After that cool down the mixture then make smooth paste
  5. U can make spicy gravy with add of green chilli in mixture for smooth paste
  6. Then again same pan add 1 tbsp oil add cumin seed,2 green cardoman and 3-4 cloves after crackle of cumin seed add paste then add all the dry Masala saute till gravy separate from oil then add marinate soya and salt cook for 3-4 min in medium flame
  7. Then add 2 cup of water cook for 5-6 min cover the lid
  8. After that garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves
  9. You can made without marinate 1 potato chopped with boil soya in gravy then after that all procedure is same
