  1. Add soya chunks in 3 cups of hot water leave them till they soften up, then squeeze of the water, rinse them in cold water, squeeze dry them again
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and jeera, when they begin to splutter add hing, curry leaves, onion paste and green chilli, fry till onions turn golden, then add ginger garlic paste and saute until cooked a bit.
  3. Add Tomato paste and sautee it, add garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, fry everything till the raw smell of all the ingredients goes away and you get a new fusion fragrance
  4. Add soya chunks mix it well till soya chunks absorb the masala and colours, thereafter add just enough water to cook it and keep the gravy thick, cover the pan and cook on low flame for about 5 to 7 minutes
  5. Garnish the soya chunks gravy with coriander leaves
