Instructions to make Bombay Biryani:
- First clean Rice and soaked in a water for an hour.
- Slice tomato, potato & ginger
- Some tomato grinde with onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger to make a paste.
- In a pot first take some oil and zeera add chicken and fry it or half cook it.Now take a side.
- In a same pot take some oil add onion slices and ginger slices for frying till it become golden brown.set a side.
- In a same pot take 2 tbsp oil add tomato paste, whole garammasalay, yogurt, biryani phool pwder, jyfil jawetry powder and bhunefy it.till oil appears on top.
- Add some alu bukharay.
- Now add potatoes and half cook chicken on that bhuna masala.take half golden brown onion and sprinkle on it.half kept for last garnishing.
- In an other pot take water add 4 tsp salt and 2 tbsp vinegar
- Drain excess of water from rice and add on water pot for boiling.
- Boil till half rice cooked (1 kani).and then drain water.
- Now make a layer of the boiled rice on chicken alu qorma pot.
- Make an food colour solution on milk or kehwrha essence.apply on top of biryani.
- Sprinkle half remaining golden onion, Sliced tomato,Sliced lemon,Coriander leaves and keep on simmer for 15 min.
- Now yummy bombay biryani is ready to dish out.
