  2. Grease the idli mould and put one tb spoon mixture in each mould.
  3. Now Boil one glass of water in a big pressure cooker. Place idli mould in it and cover the lid. Steam for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes switch off the flame. Rest it for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes take out mould and with the help of knife remove idli in a serving bowl.
  5. For making chutney : Heat 1 tb spoon oil in a karahi and put mustard seeds and rai and when they splutter add urad Daal and whole dried red chilli add onions and sauté for 2 minutes and add tomato and again sauté for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame. Let it cool.
  6. Now grind this chutney mixture and put tadka of mustard seed on it and Serve with idli.
