  5. Take a cooker use oil or a ghee dein add khada masala, green chilli, onions chopped fry till golden brown then add the marinated mutton add salt mix well and let it cook and adjust the water consistency and cook in a slow flame till 5whistle and then add chopped coriander and mint leaves.
  6. Take a patila for placing the biryani sprinkle ghee then add some mutton gravy then a layer of rice here sprinkle saffron milk mixture dein the layer of gravy then rice layer drizzle kewra water, saffron milk mixture and garnish wth chopped almonds and raisins and KP for dum wth lid cover for 15mins in a low flame and serve hot with raita..
