Instructions to make Egg biryani:
- Heat1 table spoon ghee in a nonstick pan add cumin seeds green cardamom, Cinnamon and cloves saute
- Add onion and saute till onions go golden brown in colour
- Add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomato and saute till they go soft and pulpy
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander and sauté well.
- Add some water and salt to taste and mix well.
- Add curd mix and cook for 2 min.
- Add half the fried onion and mix well
- Cut the eggs into half and add to the pan.
- Layer the cooked rice over the masala add saffron in fused milk and remaining ghee on top and mix the rice gently with out disturbing the masala at the bottom.
- Sprinkle remaining browned onion cover and cook on low flame 5 min..
- Garnish with Brown onions & serve it.
