- Soak rice for at least 30 min. Drain the water and set aside.
- Chop all veggies and mint.

- Add oil to a pressure cooker and heat it

- Fry onion until golden brown.
- Add Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli paste and cook for 1 to 2 min.
- Add all chopped veggies and fry for 2 to 3 min.
- Add mint leaves and biryani masala powder.
- Measure pure water and add salt to taste
- When the water begins to boil, add drain rice and mix it well.
- Close the lid and let the cooker whistle once on a low flame.
- When the pressure goes down, open the lid and fluff up.
- Ready for serve.
- Garnish with coriander, fry badam and cashew.
