  8. Heat the jaggery with a few tsp of water, cooked the jaggery and dissolve.
  9. Heat the other pan add a tsp oil and add tamarind juice mix it well and strain the jaggery syrup.
  10. Cook until mixture thickness then add salt and mix it till reaches sauce consistency.
  11. Add puliyogare powder and mix it well it continue a minute.
  12. Heat a pan add ghee or oil and add ground nuts and black pepper till light brown.
  13. Add the puliyogare sauce mix thoroughly and switch off the flame.
  14. Add the mixture in cooked rice and mix properly.
  15. Now ready to serve this spicy, sweet and sour puliyogare.It is sooo yummy and tassty.
