- Take 4 tsp Oil
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- Prepare 2 tsp Ground nuts
- Take 1 tsp Chana dal

Steps to make Puliyogare:
- Method for masala. Heat a frying pan and fry sesame seeds till these spluttering then transfer the plate.

- Squeeze the juice from the tamarind pulp and transfer the juice in other bowl.
- Heat the jaggery with a few tsp of water, cooked the jaggery and dissolve.
- Heat the other pan add a tsp oil and add tamarind juice mix it well and strain the jaggery syrup.
- Cook until mixture thickness then add salt and mix it till reaches sauce consistency.
- Add puliyogare powder and mix it well it continue a minute.
- Heat a pan add ghee or oil and add ground nuts and black pepper till light brown.
- Add the puliyogare sauce mix thoroughly and switch off the flame.
- Add the mixture in cooked rice and mix properly.
- Now ready to serve this spicy, sweet and sour puliyogare.It is sooo yummy and tassty.
