- Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30mintues.Add salt and lemon juice in that soaked rice.
- Now in a pan add 3 tbs of oil, chopped onion fry it till golden brown colour then add the chicken pieces and garlic paste.Fry it for 5 minutes.
- Add Shan biryani masala, yogurt, chopped tomato and ginger.Fry it for 5 minutes continuously and then add 1 cup of water and cover the led.
- Now cook the rice in another vessel.When it is cooked pour the water and keep it.
- Now come to chicken.Cook it till it gets the texture as shown in the picture below.
