  18. Prepare 3-4 tbsp fried onion for +garnish
  19. Take 2 cup cooked basmati rice
  20. Prepare Large pinch of saffron soaked in warm milk
  21. Make ready 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves for sprinking 3tbsp yogurt

  6. Add chickpea and mix well,add chole masale,fried onion mix well and cook for 2 to 3min.
  7. Add 1/2 cup water and mix well,cook for 2 to 3min. Add basmati rice and spread it evenly
  8. Sprinkle fried onion and saffron milk,chopped coriander,chopped mint leaf,ghee and cover the pan with aluminium foil and place the lid and cook for 15 to 20min low flame
  9. Your delicious chole biryani is ready to served, serve with boondi raita and any sweets your full meal is ready
