Steps to make Theeyal:
  1. Method: - - 1. Soak tamarind in warm water minimum 20 min. Squeeze the juice and keep aside. - - 2.Boil water and add yam and drumstick and cook till done 75% - - 3. Open the lid now and cook untill gravy get thicker. - - 8. Adjust salt and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice and papad.
