Based on the Focaccia recipe in Reinhart's Whole Grain Breads that I originally only used for pizza. I could eat the whole pan lol. I've been freezing them and they still taste good after defrosting. A light, fluffy bubbly-crusted loaf, yum! Another comment recommended not bothering with a second bowl after mixing the dough.
