- First chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander etc
- In a kadai put oil add ground nuts let it fry.
- Now add urad dal followed by cummin and mustard seeds
- Add curry leaves
- Now add onion and saute for a minute
- Add green peas and saute for a minute
- Now add tomato and green chillies mix and cook for a while
- Add turmeric powder, salt to taste coriander leaves mixwell and add 2 cups of water
- Let the water boil
- Once the water start boiling add seviyan and cook till water gets absorbed
- Once water is absorbed sim the gas add ghee and cook on dum mode for 4-5 mins.
- If you want more chatpata add lemon juice on top.
