Steps to make Stuffed bitter gourd:
- Cut edges of bitterr gourd and peel the rough part of it.
- Slit in the middle of bitter gourd and remove the seeds. Apply ample amount of salt inside and outside of the bitter gourd rest it for 20 mins and start filling.
- Take a mixie jar add fried peanuts, roasted chana dal, dry coconut grind it fine powder. Atlast add garlic grind it once and take it into plate.
- Take a pan add 1 tsp of oil add curry leaves let it fry then add salt, turmeric, coriander, cumin and red chilli powders one after other and fry it well on medium flame and take it into plate.
- Let the above powder cool for second and fill this powder in the bitter gourd well and tie the thread tightly so that masala do not come out side.
- In the same pan add 5 tsp of oil placee the thread tied stuffed bitter gourds in int and fry it both sides. Once it fried both sides take it into plate.
- Remove thread and serve it. It goes well as side dish for rasam rice, Sambhar rice and curd rice.
