- લોટ બાંધીને તેના લુઆ કરી લેવા
- નાની રોટલી વણી તેમા મસાલો બરાબર નાખી વાળી લેવુ
- ત્યાર બાદ હળવે હાથે વણી લેવુ અને પછી ગેસ પર ધીમી ફલેમ પર શેકવુ
- અને પછી દહી સાથે સર્વ કરવું
