- Than take hot pan or tawa..apply water on one side of kulcha,Place the kulcha on hot pan (wet side)cover it for a minute than apply water on other side of kulcha and cooked both side.

I made this dish for dinner yesterday and I gotta tell you this, It was so soft and just melts in your mouth. Since I added potatoes in the dough it was so soft,but this is entirely optional.
