- Then in a bowl add wedges, salt, pepper and lemon juice mix them together and keep it aside for atleast 30min. After 30min keep steamer on gas. In wedges add 2tbsp cornflour mix it and keep them for steaming for 10-15min.
- After10min turn off the gas let the wedges cool down and refrigerate them for 30-40min. After 40min heat oil for frying as it heats coat the wedges with cornflour and fry them till colour changes. Serve hot with lemon slice.
