Heat the Dosa Tawa over a low-medium heat: if very hot, sprinkle some water to it & reduce its high temperature, smear a very little oil on it & rub it off with a kitchen towel and now, one by one pour one big scoop of the Dosa Batter- Quickly, spread it evenly in the circular motion to get a paper thin & crispy Dosas
  4. With a tsp- smear oil along with its edges & middle in the circular motions…Sprinkle chopped onions & green chillies if required in some (if not in all), after the one side’s done, it’ll start leaving the edges of the tawa on its own- Now, fold it according to your desired shape and transfer it to the Dinner plate, directly…
  5. Serve it with your choicest Chutney/s or Tomato Ketchup or even Mayonnaise or Tartar Sauce to give it a new twist, all over again
