- After4-5 minutes add turmaric powder stir than add tomato puree cook it.till masala separate the oil than add all spices(coriander,red chilli,garam masala powder) and add salt as per taste than end of add green thick chilli and cook for 3-4 minutes add crushed kasturi methi stir properly than add fry jackfruit pieces,than add tomato ketup,brown vinegar,shezwan chatani,soya sauce,,mix well than coriander leaves(optional) and cook few minutes if using Some water optional.
