- For bhature: mix all ingredients except oil and make a smooth dough and leave it 1 to 2 hours.
- Heat the oil in kadhai and take a one portion of bhatura mixcher and roll over with the help of roller and fry in oil till Golden Brown
- Serve hot with chole.
