- In a mixing bowl add maida, curd, ghee, baking soda, and 3 tablespoons beetroot juice
- Add required water and make semi tight dough like paratha,rest it by covering for 15 mins.
- Then make small size balls and make hole with finger
- Heat the oil in pan and deep fry all balls on low flame till crispy.
- In another pan add sugar, water and make 1 string sugar syrup,add 2 tablespoon of beetroot juice.
- Add all fried Balushahi in it and keep it in syrup for 1/2 hours.
- Then serve it in serving plate and garnish with chopped pistachios.
