  5. Pinch two small balls from the dough. Flatten them and dust with whole wheat flour. on one of the rolled dough circle, place the potato stuffing in the center and warp it well. - ‌Then again roll the paratha into a round shape like normal roti or chapati.
  6. After that, put the paratha in a hot tawa and make it crisp on the both sides. Then add some oil or ghee and fry it well. Then your alu paraths will be ready to serve.
