  3. Remove excess oil from the kadhai… just keep 1tsp oil in it. Then add chopped onions and chillies and saute till light pink. Add chopped tomatoes and stir, then add paneer, sprinkle some salt and pepper and stir for 2 mins
  4. Then add the fried potatoes to it and mix all… garnish some chopped coriander and serve hot with roti or paratha
