- Make nine balls of dough, roll each into puri
- Fill in the potato ball and seal it like daal kachori, keep aside
- Keep tava on flame, when it's hot keep on medium flame
- Roll each kachori into paratha and roast on tawa
- When one side done turn over the other side put one tablespoon of ghee and roast well
- Turn the other side put ghee and roast the other side
