- Note: you can as well add the vinegar to the mixture, for a smooth mixture as well.
- Preheat the oven at 350°F grease the pan with flour.
- Spread the mixture evenly in pans, and bake for 25-30mins. Until you insert a toothpick in the center, and comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10mins.
- Invert onto a cooling rack and let cool completely.
- Add your whipping cream in a bowl, add a cup of buttermilk and tablespoon of vanilla extract.
- Mix well with the electric mixer untill smooth and fluffy.
- Get your Redvelvet baked cake, cut the top gently not that much. Evenly spread the whipping cream mixture on the top, using a spatula or a piping bag.
- Crush the cake on the whipping cream.
- Then use the piping bag to spread the strawberry syrup on top.
- You can as well add your fruits currents and sprinkles..
