Instructions to make Yakisoba:
- Prepare all vegetables and pork. Cut vegetables into strips and slice Pork thinly.
- Heat oil on a large hotplate or a large frypan. Stir fry the Pork and Vegetables and add Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Once the Pork is cooked. add the Noodles and toss everything on the hotplate to mix it well.
- Add the sauce, toss again and sprinkle some Aonori if you have. (I didn't have it when I took this photo.)
