- For the filling,pour little oil in frying pan add the onions and stir fry add the mince chicken stir fry for 15 minutes, add spices and stir wall add the parsley,coriander and stir for 3min,set aside and let it cold.
- ,knead the dough and flat cut it in shape of samosa filled with the mince chicken and sealed with 3 spoon mix flour nd water.you can also use meat pie shape cutter.
- Arrange it in tray with laylon or kitchen towel, put is freezer for 4 hours to over night and fry the next day after de freezing for 1 hour.and enjoy
- NOTE you can also fry it immediately.and it last for almost 6 months in freezer without spoiling.
