- After fry the brinjl. Put in a plate. heat 2 tsp oil and add jeera, tezpatta. and pinch of hing. saute well.
- Add 1 onion and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute. add 2 tsp besan and roast on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Add Haldi, red chilli powder, +dhaniya powd - now add ½ cup water and curd low flame.stir continuously till it become boil.
- Then add fried brinjal and salt. Mix and add kasuri maithi. Stir
- Cook for 5 min. Add hara dhaniya. Add gram masala. Serve hot with chapati and paratha
