Instructions to make Fried meatpie:
  1. Sieve 2 cups flour in a bowl and a pinch of salt and a little baking powder, Maggie & curry.

  5. Add garlic, ginger, chopped parsley and black pepper powder  (0ptional).
  6. To get the creamy, moist and watery meat pie filling add two tsp of cornflour to a little water or flour and add to the fillings and stir for a minute.
  7. Cut the dough into 12, make balls. Flatten the balls with a rolling pin, place the fillings and close, chrimp them to your preference. - - Fry in hot oil, until golden brown. - - Serve.  - - Voila!  - Chef B
