- Soak beans for like 10mins then you Wash beans throughly, wash onions,scotch bonnets,and red capsicum,cut and add to the beans,grind it by taking it to the grinding machine,water should'nt be added to much while grinding!
- Beat grinded beans using a local scooper(ludayi),add ajino motto and onga,then salt,keep beating the beans for a smooth and fluffy akara !
- Scoop grinded beans batter and Fry in hot oil,till bothsides are looking red,serve hot with seasoning grounded pepper(yaji),also you can serve by attaching kosai to kebab stick for attraction,enjoy!
