- After 4-5 turn off the flame and let it cool
- Now transfer the salute veggies in grinding jar and make a paste
- Now add 1 tsp butter in a same kadai with remainning oil and add paneer,capsicum,onion and cover it with lid
- Now vegies become soft in few minutes,now add preaped gravy and mix it well and add all dry masala,add some water in it and cook it on low flame
- After few minute our subji is ready and enjoy with paratha
It should be like a roti dough. Mix all the ingredients describe above in a plate. Make a well in center using fingers and pour a tbsp or two of oil.
