  11. Add green peas. mix well then cover your sufuria or frying pan. simmer for 5 mins on low heat.
  12. After 5 mins, add your assorted bell peppers, mix thoroughly, taste n correct your seasoning, put off the heat n cover your sufuria for 2-5 mins then serve.
  13. If you had prepared rice you can add them inn, mix well using a kitchen fork n serve your vegetable rice while hot. If theres no rice, feel free to use them the way they are or else you use them to make African beef stew.
