- Take oil in pan, add onion and fry it.
- Add meat in it.
- Add ginger garlic,curry leaves, salt, red chilli and mix it.
- Add tomatoes and yoghurt in it.

- Add haldi, whole garam masala, aloo Bukhara, and cook in slow flame
- Cook in slow flame until beef done.
- Add potatoes in it and cook it.
- Soak rice for 1 hour
- Add 3 litres water in pan and add salt, and boil it.
- Add rice and cook it
- Drain it
- Add half rice in pan
- Add meat masala and add lemon juice in In it.
- Add remaining rice.
- Add coriander, orange food colour, and ghee
- Dum for 10 minutes
- Serve with salad raita.
