  25. Get 18-20 Green chili

  28. Make ready 1 tsp Jaifel jawatri powder
  29. Take Food Color Orange color
  30. Take 1 tbsp Kehwra
  31. Prepare 1 tsp Sugar

  33. Make ready 3-4 tbsp Oil

  2. Then add Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Red chili crushes, White jeera, Aloo Bukhara (dried plum), Salt as your taste, Yoghurt, Mint leaves, Water. Then Cover it to cook until meat tender
  3. In other pot take water to boil rice. Add Garam Masala Whole (3 green cardamoms, 1 Black cardamom, 2 cinnamon stick, 2 star anise, 5 long,
  4. 2bay leaf), Salt, mint leaves and cover it wait until water boiling then add soaked rice in it. - When Rice cooked half done then drain the remain water.
  5. Half Rice takes out in other plate. - When Meat cook completely then add Tomatoes, Green chili, Mint leaves and cover it to cook atleast 15 mins. Then Beef Curry is Ready.
  6. Now Beef Curry Put on Rice and cover the beef curry with the remaining rice on top. Then add Boiled aloo, Jaifel jawatri powder, - Food Color Orange color, Kehwra, Sugar, Mint leave & Fry Onion, Oil.
  7. Cook at low flame for 10 mins (Dum per pakein 10 mins k liye) - Beef Spicy Biryani Is Ready.
