  4. Add butter and mix properly.
  5. Taka out half quantity of butter coated pheni in a separate bowl and reserve for later use.
  6. Add a pinch of yellow food color, mix well & set aside.
  7. In baking pan, add colored coated pheni and spread evenly.
  8. To a pan, take 2 cups of milk, add 4 tbsp of sugar n boil. Add 3 tbsp corn flour and allow it to thicken. Cool it.
  9. Spread this mixture on pheni and spread cream cheese over it.
  10. Add grated mozzarella cheese and spread it, again add a layer of reserved butter coated pheni.
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
  12. After baking, pour generously warm sugar syrup and garnish with coconut.
