- Sabziyon ko peel of karein wash karein or small pieces mein cut kar lein. Or yeh bhey is tarah ki hoti hy
- Bhey ko cut kar ke cooker mein 2 glass pani dal ke 5 -7 minute ke liye pressure laga dein. Ta ke yeh gal jaen kyun ke sakht hoti hain
- Pateely mein oil garam karein or sliced onion dal ke fry karein jab golden hony lagain to ginger garlic paste add karein 30 sec fry kar ke pani ka chhenta laga dein
- Tomato add karein 1 minute bad khushk masaly add karein siwaye garam masaly ke. Dahi dal ke bhunen ke oil nikl aey
- Ab alu or boil bhey dal ke 2 minute ke liye bhunen or baqi veggies dal ke bhunen 3 minute ke liye.
- Ab aisy hee bghair water add kiye dam wali aanch py 15-18 minute ke liye galny dein. Waqfy se chamach hila ke situation check krti rahen
- Jab veggies almost done hon oil niklny lgy to is mein methi add karein. Agar fresh methi hy to isy pehly he veggies ke sath add karein gi
