  1. If u don't have strawberry crush, take 5-7 strawberry, chopped them and put it into pan, add 2tbsp sugar and simmer for 7-8min. Wait to cool down completely.
  2. Put oven to preheat for 10 min at 160° C.
  3. Put the ice cream at room temperature for 15-20min to melt properly.
  4. Add into a big bowl, add shifted plain flour, sugar, baking powder (if u want to add) and strawberry crush. Beat it well, for 2-4min.
  5. Grease tin and dust with plain flour. Add batter into tin and bake for 20min. Check after completing, prick the toothpick, if came out dry then it's ready.
  6. Wait to cool down completely.
  7. Serve as it is. Or spread strawberry crush upside and serve.
