- SSoak the chole overnight and pressure cook with salt and turmeric with enough water tilled done.
- In a big kadai saute in 2 tablespoons oil, jeera,hhing,ginger garlic paste and onions. Now grind the onion mixture with 1/2 cups cooked chole till paste.
- Cook the chopped tomatoes in oil. Add the onion chole paste and stir. Cook nicely till rawness leaves. Add the masalas with the water chole cooked and salt just right.
- Add the stock and any other taste and cook well for round 10 mins covered.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and add the paneer cubes and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with rotis or puris.
