How to make Aloo Tamatar Sabzi - Aloo Tamatar Sabzi is a popular dish in Shaadi's , Street food and Restaurants. Usually served with Puri or Kachori. This recipe does not use any Onion or Garlic and still Tastes Awesome!! Method (Aloo ki sabji) In a pressure cooker put some mustard oil.

- To make kachauri: mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add water slowly and knead to make a soft dough. Keep aside covered for 10 minutes.
- Then, divide the dough into 10 equal portions. And roll into poori shape applying some oil on the roller pin.
- Heat oil in a kadahi and deep fry kachauris.
- To make aloo curry : Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, black mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger paste, green chilli and tomatoes. Saute till tomatoes become soft.
- Add potatoes and Saute till it becomes golden brown. Then add sabji masala, salt and turmeric powder to it and enough water so that potatoes are dipped completely. Simmer boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer it in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with kachauris along with curd and pickle.
