  5. Then mix pink colouring into the plain icing sugar and then cream with butter to create the pink icing. Place it in a plastic bag
  6. Ice one layer of cake with pink icing and place the other layer on top. Ice the top of the cake with the white icing. Place in fridge
  7. Add chocolate pieces to boiling milk and melt. Once cool pour on top of cake. Place in fridge
  8. Decorate top of cake with different chocolates. I used chocolate moulds also. You can create designs by using lunch paper.. create designs on it with melted chocolate place in fridge then peel out and place on cake
